They welcomed us with generosity, recommended trips (and... read more even booked them for us), they arranged food and wine and they were always on hand to help if we had any questions. The grounds of the farm are amazing and the pool area is large and perfect for a family gathering. Providing us with Bicycles to explore the farm was a great touch. The Orangerie is a big, accommodating space and they have a ‘chef grade’ kitchen which was fun to cook in. Overall we had a great time. Thank you!

  Wow… what a place. We had such a fantastic stay here. We were 3 families and the space was perfect, plenty of space for all and every bedroom had a... read more bathroom which was great. The house provided everything we could want and more, the kitchen and pantry was fully equipped for every eventuality, the pool house had a great kitchen area with a bbq, fridge and toys for the pool and garden. Bikes were a great addition for exploring the beautiful grounds. The house was easy to find and close to other areas to explore, easy access to shops etc. Arnaud and Chris were great hosts, communication was easy without being intruding, and they suggested lots of activities for us to do. I would 100% book to go again and we hope to in the future. Thank you!

Arnaud and Chris were the perfect hosts, bringing fresh croissants and bread for breakfast everyday, and helping... read more to organize activities including a private chef and a tour and tasting at a local vineyard. We enjoyed using the beautiful pool everyday and cycling and running around the extensive grounds of the property. We cannot wait to come back again!

  Our stay at the Orangerie was very special indeed. We could not have asked for anything more to celebrate our fortieth wedding anniversary with our family.

The accommodation... read more was excellent. The lounge and dining area were so stylish and comfortable, the kitchen facilities were great and the en-suite bedrooms were each the standard of a master bedroom.

The setting is fantastic. Sitting outside for breakfast with the view of a fairytale chateau and waking up to such a vista was simply magical. The grounds were totally secluded with large areas for our toddlers to run and play safely while the swimming pool itself was a joy. A great environment to enjoy an evening barbecue.

We thoroughly enjoyed the recommended boat ride and picnic on the Loire and were delighted with Luca’s special four course meal.

Christelle and Arnaud, our hosts, were most welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Their generosity made the holiday one we will truly remember for ever. We hope to return!
